My Top 3 Books I want to read this summer.

Hey guys,

So with summer rolling around, I thought I’d give you a peek into what my reading plans are for this AMAZING vacation. I know it’s a bit early, but I still can’t help dreaming about it every second I get a chance.

1.The Dark Prophecy

Do I really need to talk about this? For those who are new to my blog, I love Rick Riordan’s work. Like, a lOT! I have a shirt, all the books in hardcover, toys, trinkets, and boxed sets. So why wouldn’t I?

I have the shirt, the books, the toys, trinkets, and boxed sets. So why wouldn’t I waste all my money on this? I rated the first book 4-stars, so I’m eager to go back into the world and learn what’s happened.

2. Flamecaster

Yes, another fantasy book. In case you haven’t gotten the hint, I READ FANTASY!  I love magic, sorcery, and literally everything abnormal. I know it’s weird, but get used to it.

Cinda Williams Chima has always written good books in my opinion. Her “Warrior Heir” series was one of the major series that influenced me into creating a book blog. Without her work, I don’t know if I’d be here on this blog at all.

3. The Fires of Calderon

Has anybody seen Lindsay Cummings videos on youtube? She’s SOOO inspiring to me. This is one of the books she’s written, and what I like about her most is that she’s always so honest. I LOVED following her writing journey on youtube and have been dying to read one of her books. So when I saw that this was out, I immediately included this on my list.

From what I can tell by the cover, this book is filled with dragons. I also love dragons. So I can already tell that I’ll enjoy this. *Smiles*

That’s it! Those are the top three books I HAVE to read this summer. Hopefully, everyone is having a good end of school! Good luck to those that still have to take Finals, I know the feeling, it sucks.

Thank’s for reading, I’ll have another post up soon.

BYE!

  1. I think this is a great idea –Three “for sure” reads for the summer. Of course, we both know we’ll read many more. 😀

  2. Great list to read. The Dark Prophecy let me down a little. Flamecaster was highly enjoyable but was also such a heartbreak for Seven Realms fans.

  3. Oooooohhh I really need to read Dark Prophecy! I read the Hidden Oracle in January but recently I left my copy out in the rain and it got WET and everything was TERRIBLE and it doesn’t look the same 🙁 *cries*
