cooltext133089343094800 This a book is not a normal Brandon Sanderson book. The writing style is completely different and the plot is so quirky and weird, but that’s the thing that I love most about this book. The world is different and the illustrations in this book were beautiful. Being a Brandon Sanderson fan and never reading the Alcatraz series, before this new edition of course. I went into this book thinking the writing style would be like his other books like Mistborn. But I was wrong this book made me laugh and giggle and I can recognize the little comments that he leaves behind for adult readers that just made me laugh out loud. To be clear this book is in a different writing style, I didn’t love it and think it was the best book that I’ve read this year, but it wasn’t a horrible book. It actually was pleasantly surprised and I really enjoyed a lot of the overall ecstatic of this book!

I did and it made me feel a little disappointed at first up until page 50 when things started to get good. After that I learned to love this book. I did not like the beginning, It felt really mundane and it felt really rushed into this world that our character totally accepted things normal people would take days or weeks accepting.
