Summary: This is the third and final book in the Divergent trilogy. Tris and Tobias lead the city to get out of Chicago. While getting out though they meet someone. Someone so important. The creators, the creators of Chicago…
Characters: Well I kind of actually prefered Tobias’s point of view. I loved to listen and learn all about the mysterious Tobias Eaton. I didn’t actually like Tris in the final book. I mean I didn’t not like her but I just enjoyed Tobias’s POV. But I also enjoyed to see Tris developing into this awesome fighting character.
What I liked: I loved learning about the outside of the gate. The ending was to die for. It was beautifully written and I loved the ending but hated it. If you don’t know what happens at the end pick up this book and read it. It’s not the best book but try to work your way through the writing.
What I didn’t like: Some parts can be very confusing for the multiple POV’s. I just got confused with the Tris and the Tobias point of views. I would always forget who was talking and would have to flip back to the chapter to see who was talking. The plot itself wasn’t that great and at times it goes very slow and is not that interesting. It’s one of those books that I love but hate, read this and you will see why. At times I felt It was pushing the story and I didn’t really like it. But over all you should consider this book if you have read the other two books in the series.
